Trip Feasibility Assessor

NEMT Trip Feasibility Assessor

Upload a schedule, see each van’s day, and test whether a new trip fits — and where.

🔒 Private by design: your file is read and analyzed entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to any server or stored anywhere. It works off ZIP codes and never displays rider names.

What it does: When a new ride request comes in, this tool checks your current vehicle schedule and tells you whether the trip can be added, to which van, and what the impact is. If it doesn’t fit cleanly, it shows where it can be squeezed in with the least disruption.

How to use it: 1 Load your schedule CSV (or click Load sample data to try it). 2 Adjust settings and per-vehicle capacities. 3 Enter the new trip’s pickup/drop-off ZIPs and time — add a known duration if you have it. 4 Click Assess feasibility and review the ranked vans; the proposed trip is highlighted on the schedule.

1 · Load a schedule

Use a completed-trips or schedule export (CSV). The tool auto-detects driver, date, time, pickup/drop-off ZIP, van, vehicle type, and trip duration. When your file includes trip durations, those exact values are used; anything missing is estimated from the travel model it learns from the file.
